How long do custom orders take?

Each custom order is different, meaning there is a different production time. After placing an order you will receive a email with more information about your order.

Do you offer plus size options?

Yes, plus size is available for any custom and made to order item. Simply write your size in the form/personalization.

What if I place an order with a ready to ship item and a made to order item?

Placing an order with both a “made to order” and “ready to ship” item will default the shipping time to the time of the made to order item. Made to order items have a processing time of 1-3 weeks, please plan accordingly. Once shipped you will receive a email notification with tracking information.

Are custom order payments made upon submission?

No, upon filling out the custom order form you will receive an email to confirm the details of your order. After that, an invoice with the deposit amount will be sent to you. Before shipment the final amount will be invoiced to you and payment will be due at that time.

Can I wash my handmade items?

Most items are able to be machine washed on a cold and gentle cycle, although hand wash is recommended. A care instruction card will be included with each package. ALWAYS AIR DRY FLAT.
